Retail Policies


We will ship and insure your purchased rug to your residence or place of business at our expense. Items will be shipped by UPS or Common Carrier, determined by weight and size.


A purchase that does not meet your expectations may be returned to us. You must notify us by phone or email within five days of your rug arriving. We will send you return labels or instructions depending on the carrier.

The item must be returned in the condition it was received.  Rugs can be returned in the same or equivalent shipping materials. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance for returned rugs.


When your return item has been received by us, you will be notified regarding any issues with the item.

Items returned in original condition will be have the purchase price refunded, less the cost of the outgoing shipping and insurance.


Items from these categories do not qualify for free shipping and they cannot be returned.
